Justin Studebaker is the visionary leader of Symphoneo Consulting, based in Roseville, California. As a Certified Working Genius Expert and Organizational Health Coach, Justin specializes in transforming teams and driving sustainable growth.

He partners with clients to unlock exceptional outcomes, including:

  • Creating powerful organizational engagement, momentum and growth

With a background as a dynamic speaker, thought leader, and culture builder, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and a Master of Arts in Human, Organizational Behavior from National University. He recently launched a podcast with Dominick Anton providing local business owners a space to share their journey.

Fun Fact: Justin founded and ran a volunteer charity program, Dress 2 SOAR, for 9 years, recruiting hundreds of volunteers and supporting dozens of local teens in foster care with shopping sprees, workshops, and life skills programs. 

Stacy Rutten

As a seasoned educator and professional learning leader, Stacy Rutten began her career as an elementary education teacher before falling in love with professional and personal development work during her 9 years in instructional coaching. As a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, she introduces Patrick Lencioni’s framework that transforms teams using this simple model. Stacy is committed to building authentic relationships and creating customized learning experiences that enable teams to fully leverage the talent that exists to maximize team effectiveness and workplace culture. A natural empath, Stacy is driven to find a way to appreciate and to advocate for every employee and leader she works with. Stacy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary & Middle School Education and Master of Arts degree from Hamline University. She resides in Maple Lake, Minnesota with her husband, Ryan, and their three sons.
